Cindy is passionate about data governance and business analytics, leveraging her expertise to enhance insights and improve community-driven initiatives in early learning and language development.  She specialises in organising and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data, working closely with our team to translate insights into meaningful stories that support children’s language-rich environments.

Currently pursuing her master’s in applied business management (Major in Business Information Systems), Cindy brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as a Data Governance and Data Quality Practitioner in the telecommunications industry in the Philippines.

Cindy’s expertise in data governance and quality helps the Talking Matters team deliver and continuously improve data-driven actions and strategies. She is committed to advocating for accurate, reliable, and well-utilised data to empower communities and families in fostering strong early language and communication skills for children.
